Unknown said...: Kurt - congratulations on finally getting internet in your room - presumably that is where you are posting. I had read about the troubles with the undersea internet cable in the Mediterranean that interrupted service to Egypt and India - and presumably that has been repaired.

I read with fascination your postings. Unfortunately, I could not open the videos - even with copying the URL address and posting them on my google search site. Perhaps you could advise with some tips on how to open them.

So much information you have passed on in these recent summaries - starting to get a feel for your setting and daily life. I keep going back to the initial video you sent from New Dehli to see the harmonium in action and thus get a sense of what sounds you are making.

As for the US, we finally had some Pacific air move in here yesterday and today we were in the 40's - snow starting to melt. Days definitely longer. If one watches the news, it is dominated by the Obama/Clinton dead heat and Cain's emergence as the republican candidate.

I was glad to speak to you on the phone yesterday. we are looking into the computer program that Christi uses - it may well be cheaper than the Qwest international rate of $.34 per minute to India.
